Home.
The Rye runs into the Derwent
The Derwent flows down to the sea
This land, these rivers, this Ryedale
These are the heart of me.
My life moves forward, and I move along
But Ryedale comes right along with me
This land holds my roots which are buried so deep
The fields and the moors sing my song
For all I have travelled, for all I have seen
This place is my home
This is where I belong
